Kurnalpi project highlights
The Kurnalpi Property is located on the Norseman-Wiluna greenstone belt, an Archaean sequence of ultramafic, mafic, intermediate and acid intrusive and extrusive volcanic rocks with associated sediments. The greenstone belt trends northnorthwest. Flanking the belt are major Archaean intrusive granitic bodies.
- Hosts the Brilliant deposit – 813,000 ounce deposit that is growing.
- Shallow deposit that should be amenable to open pit mining
- 50km from the Lindsay’s Project
- Currently undertaking a drilling program to increase the size of the resource
- Recent drilling program has yielded excellent results
- 50m @ 5.75g/t Au including 9m @ 15.44g/t Au
- 21m @ 3.9g/t Au
- Near term goal is to continue exploration and increase the resource beyond 1 million ounces
- Likely to become the 2nd mine to be developed after Lindsay’s Project
