Lindsays project highlights
The Lindsay’s project is Carrick’s oldest and most advanced project, and it is proposed to be the first to be mined. It has a combined measured, indicated and inferred resource of over 3moz. It is located in a well established gold region, about 90km north east of Kalgoorlie. The project is included in Carrick’s Pre-Feasibility Studies being undertaken by Golder Associates, which commenced in the second half of 2009.

- Hosts the Parrot Feathers deposit – 2.9 million ounce deposit to start with open-pit mining.
- Golder Associates undertaking a PFS
- Open pit mining operation to produce around 100,000+ ounces per annum over a 10+ year mine life.
- Completion of PFS Q1 2010.
- If positive, commission BFS Q1 2010.
- High grade and shallow ore body will allow for a simple operation that is low in cost.
- Near 60% gold recovery from gravity separation. Cyanide leaching of same sample feed recovered 98% gold. Further metallurgical testing has also been completed.
